Chicken Alfredo Recipe Meatball Subs

Good enough, in case you observe along side me on Instagram you already know that i have been death to percentage those meatball subs with you guys!  these aren’t your normal subs.  in place of beef, we use floor bird that is pro to perfection and made into tasty little meatballs. they're seared and then simmered in my clean home made Alfredo Sauce.  Then, into buttered buns, they cross for a decadent and amusing dinner that only takes approximately half-hour to make!

BIRD MEATBALLS:
The important thing to this recipe is the chook meatballs.  ground bird doesn’t have a whole lot of flavor on its personal so it's miles important that these are pro nicely and that they arrive out juicy and tender.

INGREDIENTS:
CHICKEN MEATBALLS:

  • 1 Pound Ground Chicken
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 3/4 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil Divided

ALFREDO SAUCE:

  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Minced
  • 1/3 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Cups Parmesan Cheese

FOR SERVING:

  • 4 Hoagie Rolls
  • 1/4 Cup Butter

INSTRUCTIONS:
FOR THE MEATBALLS:

  1. In a large bowl blend together the floor fowl, seasonings, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, and ONE TABLESPOON of the olive oil.
  2. Blend simply until blended and shape the hen combination into about 12 meatballs.
  3. Warmth the last tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-excessive warmth.
  4. Brown the meatballs on all aspects after which dispose of them to a plate.

FOR THE ALFREDO SAUCE:
