  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese divided
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Cooked Rice to serve over (Optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Pat fowl dry and place in a greased 9x13 pan.
  3. Upload sliced cheese on pinnacle of chicken breasts.
  4. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, bitter cream, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder. unfold this over bird and sprinkle with last Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 1 hour. Serve over rice if favored or serve alone.
