Cherry Pie Cookies Recipe

Cherry Pie Cookies Recipe

Cherry Pie Cookies Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 21 oz can cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 levels. 
  2. With stand mixer, beat collectively margarine and butter till fluffy, about 2 minutes. add vanilla and beat for every other half a minute.

  7. Once cookies have cooled, melt white chocolate chips in microwave. begin with 30 seconds, stir, then keep with 15 second increments within the microwave till chocolate is absolutely melted. Spoon chocolate into a plastic bag,  seal,  then reduce a small hollow within the nook. Drizzle white chocolate over the cookies. allow chocolate to set earlier than serving.
