Balsamic Soy Roasted Garlic Mushrooms

Today i've a brand new facet dish recipe for you, balsamic soy roasted garlic mushrooms which might be so smooth to make and so tasty and appropriate! these mushrooms are as smooth to make as tossing complete mushrooms in soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and garlic and roasting them until they're all nice and gentle! despite being so easy, these mushrooms are going be the superstar of your next meal!

Balsamic Soy Roasted Garlic Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pounds mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Toss the mushrooms inside the oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper, arrange in a unmarried layer on a baking pan and roast in a preheated 400F/200C oven until the mushrooms are tender, about 20 mins, mixing half of way through.
